I have a problem with my order:
Missing or delayed order
Delivery times will depend on the delivery method that you selected for your order. The free delivery option usually takes 3-5 working days (from date of posting). We will need to wait 7 days after the due delivery date of any order (*other than guaranteed delivery options) before being able to replace lost items. 15 days after the due delivery date before being able to refund lost items. If you believe that your order has been lost please use the contact form below.
