A HDMI wall plate can make the difference between an average installation and a great one. Wall plates enable cables to be hidden but still allow a convenient connection while keeping a quality finish to the install.
These HDMI wall plates require no soldering and feature a 24K gold plated 19-pin HDMI connector socket on both sides of the plate making installation very quick and simple. A HDMI cable can then be used internally within the wall. The wall plate will support version 1.3 devices so long as the cables being used within the installation a V.1.3 also.
For installs where long cable runs are being used we recommend using a HDMI Wall Plate with built in Repeater (49.99).

Will any signal loss/degradation occur through the use of the wall plate?
No signal loss or degradation will occur through the use of the wall plate. Provided that high quality HDMI cabling is used throughout, the wall plate will not have any effect on image quality.
I am using long HDMI cable lengths with the wall plate, what do you recommend?
We would recommend using a HDMI Wall Plate with built in Repeater (49.99). The in-built repeater element assists with reliable signal performance in challenging installs using long cable distances.
