Even our highest quality HDMI cable can only transmit effectively to distances of 15m. This small, compact unit allows the user to extend a HDMI signal up to 50m distances. The unit does not require mains power, unlike many other extenders currently on the market. The unit draws upon the power on the HDMI signal bus to effectively amplify, enhance and repeat the signal, eliminating any signal loss or noise, equalizing and stabilizing the transmission, but most importantly maintaining all 100% pure digital signal performance = picture perfection.
As with all HD Cable products, the unit is HDMI Version 1.3 certified, supporting Full HD resolutions up to 1080p.
Simple, easy plug & play set up.
Simply connect the 2 HDMI cable lengths together using the extender unit as the coupler/joiner. For even greater distances, just add another extender unit to create a daisy chain of cables and extender units.
