The switch enables 3 HDMI devices to be connected to a single display even if that display has only 1 HDMI or DVI input.
The switch is basically a neat little box, controlled by remote control, allowing the user to easily switch between 3 or 4 HD devices without the need to get off the sofa just to unplug one device & plug in another. For example a PS3, a SkyHD box & a HD-DVD player, any HD device can be used.
